Every restaurant has its off-hours.

For us, that’s when the team cooks not for guests, but for one another.

We’ve been dreaming of bringing that side of the kitchen out for a long time—the meals born from experiments, shared plates, and late-night cravings.

That’s what inspired 𝗢𝗙𝗙-𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗬: One Prawn & Co’s 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 yet, and a rare glimpse into the dishes that once lived only behind kitchen doors.

Now, they’re yours to experience.
